OK, so I am slowly dialing in the precise doses for my HRT. This blood work was from June 16.
In short, looking good with a couple of issues.
Protocol
140mg Test C per week (2x subq .28ml)
750 to 800 iu HCG (250 to 300iu MWF evenings)
100mcg Levothyroxine (T4)
5mcg Liothyrinine (T3)
25mg daily Proviron (12.5mg x2 per day)
50 to 60mcg Finasteride nightly (on that for one month prior to bloods)
1.2iu HGH daily AM (for one month prior to bloods)
That's it.
Blood work was drawn Friday morning, where my previous injection had been Monday morning. So, this was at a true trough, that is, I was due for my next injection Friday morning, but held off until blood was drawn to inject. Previous HCG injection was Wednesday evening, I believe.
The Test C is from PharmCom, Proviron is EP, the HCG is Zyhcg. Thyroid meds are prescribed, as is the finasteride, though I did make my own liquid with rum. HGH is ZPTrope, 12iu vial, and I do 1.2iu in the mornings.
Summary
All systems look good except estrogen. Note that the doc pulls the estrogen panel, then I pull estradiol sensitive. Still need to talk with him about that. I ran no AI, and the proviron normally does a good job of control for my TRT dose, BUT I introduced the finasteride, which was successful in keeping my DHT reasonable. That led to more free test and estrogen.
My IGF is up from 90 or so, so I call that good. I did inject my HGH about 1 hour before blood draw.
PSA has not moved yet, though Free % is good, so no real concerns there. I did expect total PSA to come down some in time, as long as the fina is in the loop.
Note that they now include some REALLY detailed cholesterol readings that look a little red, but the standard numbers look awesome.
Next steps
I will introduce an AI for a short time to bring down my estrogen. It feels like it is too high right now, libido not perfect, a bit softer than I should be. I have a mini-blast planned to start next week (for a cut), details on that elsewhere. The compounds in the blast should do a good job managing estrogen for the 16 weeks or so I will be blasting.
I may have found the right for me TRT protocol, so that is cool. I will continue to keep an eye on PSA, DHT, and estrogen in particular.
