Bounce Back - Is Past Performance a Predictor of Future Performance

    Hey all

So, a buddy and I we're talking. Is successful recovery after a PCT a good predictor that you'll always bounce back well, or could you recover well, say three times, then the 4th cycle you finish with a super low T?

    What are your thoughts?

    Thank gent's!

I would say there are no guarantees, though there are some things I think you can generalize from the situation you described.

First off, if you have successfully PCT'ed so far, I would say you have your PCT down pat. That would tend to make me say "ok, you know what you are doing and will probably be ok".

BUT, another thing to look at is that as we age, we accumulate wear and tear, and maybe the things that worked for us in the past no longer work for us, or maybe don't work as well.

Final thought at the moment: when we get past a certain age (maybe mid 40s, in general?), the strain of cycles and PCTs becomes more damaging than just doing TRT with the occassional blast.

Just my quick .02 on the subject...
