Total T levels down since starting HCG w/ T Cyp

So I've been on 10 weeks of adding HCG to my protocol of 120mg/weekly 2x injections per week of test cyp and .25 Dex.

I had consistent levels of 1000-1100 for the last 9 months but my latest labs have me down to 750.

Only thing I've changed is injecting into my abdomen instead of quads and adding the HCG. I figured my total would actually be higher since adding HCG so I'm a bit confused how my levels have gone down, same blood draw timeframe as all my other times also. Also this was quest and I usually go to labcorp. Newest results are first, results right before HCG is below that.

Man, that's kind of hard to read, but I believe Quest and LabCorp use different reference ranges Also, I would imagine there's some difference in sub-Q vs IM injections.
You're still at a decent level in both total and free T.

Blood work is just a quick peek at a given time. My levels are never exactly the same.

Well both were sub-q, I just was injecting into quads instead of stomach, just seems odd such a big drop off from all previous tests
Basically I went from 1003 to 750 total, 36 to 13 free.

Stop your anti-estrogen. Thats a problem. its way to low.

Numbers are fine.Drop the adex like Lemon said. Zero need for it. Estrogen is anabolic and a little on the high side is a good thing.Remember, when you pull the BW relative to injection is important when you try to compare results. A couple days difference changes things. But as stated, it's just a snapshot in time.

Definitely important to be consistent re when you pull bloods. You can't compare blood work taken at trough with bloods taken at peaks. It is best to stick to one timing, at least for comparison.

If you are curious what levels are at some particular point, like peak vs trough, just for the sake of curiosity, you can pull at any given time. Just remember you can't necessarily compare bloods except when they have been pulled in sync.
