    Wk 1-10 Tornell SuperTest-250 (Sust)
    250ml Mon and Thur
    Wk 7-13 Denkall Stan100 (Winny)
    Start Clomid this week

    Excellent. Arms, traps, shoulders really progressed nicely. One bit of advice: hit your chest and back extra hard to bring them up to the level of the rest of your upper body.

    Put on some good solid mass and tightened up the waist especially the love handles.
    What was your secret to the success of gaining mass while losing fat and tightening up your torso???

    These are my before and afters from about 2 years ago. I can't shave/wax my body. I get ingrown hair REALLY bad. Trust me, the hair looks better than literally 100's of red puss filled bumps. I just shave with clippers. I hate body hair but there's nothing I can do. Nair, wax, shaving all gives me ingrown hairs. I've tried it all.
