Last few years I stick with trt and add something in during the summer. My main focus is health conscious but looking to add a little bit of lean muscle and fat loss. Mainly look good for the summer haha. I'm 5'10 205 11 bf. Love the hard and vascular look it gives. My main concern is lipids and health markers. I'm debating either var 25 mgs or adding tesa or ipa instead? What do you guys think? Anyone have any experience with the peptides. How harsh on the heart and body would 25 var be?
