You can take it all at once without a problem.

But even though it's a 5-7 day half-life, don't do EOD administration.
It takes roughly 5x the half-life to reach steady state plasma levels, so doing EOD could slow the duration.

Same with clomid as well. Thats the reason for the 300mg frontload at the begining of PCT, and then the 100mg duration; it speeds up the process of reaching seady levels.
