Hey guys i was wondering if any of you do cardio while on a cycle? I am 5 weeks in and have not done a single minute of cardio. I eat clean 6 times a day and I train with great intensity!!

i know that doing cardio for some helps with water retention...its also good to do some even while bulking just for cardio vascular health..just dont over do it.

You got to work out your heart. It does matter how big the other muscles are if that one isnt strong.
Yep. I do it. If you're bulking, it helps (for some) increase your appetite.
If you're cutting, it's necessary.
well im bulking now so how many times a week should i do it?? once or twice? and how long?
While bulking I do 3 days 20 to 30 mins....... I do it to keep bloat down, and to keep the ticker healthy
and what about cutting and cardio
is that the same.
When I'm cutting I do cardio first thing in the morning..... 4 days 45min each.

i started doing cardio on a bulking cycle about 5 years ago. my partner thought it was a stupid idea. once he started doing it he realized how good it was. just 20-30 minutes at the end of the workout. it kept the bloat down big time and just makes you feel better. now i do it 2-3 days first thing in the a.m.. i i bought an awesome exercise bike and it makes a big difference.
hmmmmmm i guess i have to see. I am gonna try some cardio after my workout and see what happens. Cant hurt rite?
