Anyone ever try swolecat's programs? In your honest opinion, was it worth it and was it something totally revolutionary?

His programs are worth it!!!! Unfortunately, I was only able to use his program for 3 weeks because I injured myself. However, in those three weeks, I was looking great. As soon as I am mended, I will be hoping back on the SWOLE wagon. Cheers, RR
Truly revolutionary?
Doubtful.
You want revolutionary? For training you'd have to check Louie Simmons, MM, or maybe even DC.
For diet, you'd have to check Nicholls, Sarcev, and maybe even La Cour.
Swole's programs may not be "revolutionary", but they are effective, and complete diets that produce goals that are desired . I've heard nothing but outstanding results from members of this boards, and others, and when PM'd about it I will continue to recommend his services until I've heard otherwise.
you forgot richard simmons...Originally Posted by saboudian

I have enlisted Swole's he;p for a cutting diet...it was worth every penny! I have nothing but good things to say about his service..he knows what he is talking about, everythign is personalized, and even offered follow-on help to ensure my success!
There are actually boards around where the members are pretty open in their disdain for SwoleCat. He isn't as bad as he used to be, but alot of times when i look at his posts all I see is an ad, and thats where people get annoyed.Originally Posted by rambo
I got my sister on the Swole bandwagon as a b-day gift and she is more than happy with the results. She was following a lot of my advice prior to that and doing well but the swolegenix program really made the difference. He took all the guesswork out of it and guided her every step along the way. I was very impressed by how Swole conducted himself online (very professional) and the fact he trully enjoyed watching his client's succeed. I would recommend his program to anyone, regardless of training level.
Swole may have made sure there were posts all over saying how good his diet was in the beginning but he doesn't even do that anymore. He also give a lot of free advice here and on many other boards. I've seen a few guys make thread like a late night infomercial but Swole has not been nearly that bad here. If you think I'm wrong think about it.Originally Posted by saboudian
Whether his diets are revolutionary or not I couldn't really say. I personally have see too many "revolutionary" programs to try another. But he was always very well respected for his dietary advice on many boards even before he started his swole-thingamajig program. Does it work??? People say yes. I really could not tell ya.
it worked for me, still is workin for me. people whom havent seen me in 6months dont know who i am anymore![]()
