Need some help please from this great knowledge bank. I have done much research and read through almost all the educational forum but I have a unique situation. I had three knee surgeries in 2002 after a work injury and subsequently lost about 10-15 pounds. I have always been health conscious and lifted weights. Since the surgeries, I have been in physical therapy three times a week for over a year now, not to mention my own trips to the gym, and a good diet. I have not been able to achieve the weight or strength I once had, especially in my previously injured leg (about 50% in leg). Here's my dilemna without boring you with the details. I have to overcome this strength loss and leg atrophy soon or lose my job. My therapist and a trainer at the gym has suggested that a cycle of 200-300mg/ wk of Deca for ten weeks would help significantly with very little side effects. I hinted to my doctor and he said there are definitely benefits but he could obviously not suggest it. I decided to turn to this forum for an experienced opinion before taking this road. Also, would I need PCT with these low doses of Deca only.
PS Age:30 Height:5'7" Weight:currently 150 lbs.
Thanks for any assistance!
