Personally, I think glute/delt shots are the least painful, followed by triceps. Pecs hurt a little at times and seem to bruise more than other areas. I really hate quad shots. They always hurt. I could shoot bacteriostatic holy water into my thighs and it would friggin' hurt. Biceps are hit and miss; depends on the compound.
