Clomid or Nolvadex....or both??

For the PCT of Sustanon-250 8wks. Should I use Clomid or Nolvadex......or should I use both. And how much of each, and for how long??? Thanks!

I say both
run clomid as follows
300mg day 1
100mg 2-10 days
50mg 11-30 days

As for nolva run it at 20 mgs for the duration of pct

Exactly as above. You can drop the nolv to 10 mg a day if you would like though. Not to much chance of gyno in your cycle. Remember to start pct 17 days after your last shot.

bro, i think nolva does a better job with pct than clomid, but id use both...your doses were relatively small so it shouldnt be that hard to recover...MM

how would u run if u were going to run 20mgs of nolva eod all the way through your cycle to keep water off..

cycles are sus and primo winny tabs

then test prop and eq

go up to 20 ed when you start clomid .

I have heard many different dosages for doing nolva pct.......40mg for 14 days then 20mg for another 14 days. The other way I heard was 60mg day 1, 40mg for 10 days, and 20mg for another 10 days. I posted asking the samething just to see what people say on this board.
