    clomid help?

    does clomid help you to keep the gains you make and restore natural test levels? how much do u take and for how long/

    I agree that you need to do a little research bro. This issue has appeared many times on this board.

    It's common to take Clomid as follows: -

    200mg day 1 (some advocate 300mg)
    100mg per day for the next week
    50mg per day for another week

    It works great for me. Some people don't like it because of the side effects, but I don't get any sides so I love it.
