Hey quick question...
Since I am eating 2 whole eggs in the morning instead of just egg whites, along with outmeal and a protein shake, should I still take flax? Or should I cut the flax out of it?

im pretty sure it shouldnt be included..
use 2 tsp flax in low carb protein shake
Brazy makes a good point, yes, but again it all depends on your goals and your layout. It will differ for a myriad of situations.
