Time on=Time off. But always get your blood work done

It doesn't get any easier than what BLT told you.

That is right on. Some folks don't do the time off=time on, but they get their blood checked before starting back. You need to wait until your natty test is flowing at its normal level.

    BUMP THAT

i have been off since August...didnt plan on being clean that long but i have been making steady gains and didnt see no reason to juice while still making improvements..i'm set up now to start cycle feb1..i'm right now at the same weight 275 that i was when i finished my last cycle...yeah some is fat,but not much..at this weight my waist is still 36" at 6'3"...so to answer your question, you want to be off as long as you can tolerate being clean but atleast the amount of time you were on.

When you guys say blood work, what do you mean exactly?

Like what do they look for in the blood?

Its true my gains stayed pretty good, then they continued to drop......Then 2 months later when it seemed to balance out, i started another cycle.......Now correct me if im wrong...Whats the blood test going to show, is it going to show that ur test levels are evened out....and if thats the case............Could i believe that when my weight stated balancing out meant that my test levels were also balancing out???
