i shot up on sunday and usually wed.
should i shoot up tonight or thurs .

im taking test enthanate 250 and deca 300

and is it okay to take liquidex and nolvadex about this time at arounde 9:00 at nite every nite from here on out. will i be ok if i do it like this.,

also i have a rash that comes and goes and i wonder if its from the juice and my nipples feel tingly maybe its nothing. i dunno

Why cant you stick with sun and wed?

I go Sun/Wed, but you should be running more test that deca, and if your nips are getting sensitive then that should be taken as an early warning signal, use the nolva, and make sure you are running more test than deca or you will get deca d*ck. Run the test 1 week after your last deca injection as well.
