Just thought id say hello and introduce myself to all you regulars. In all honesty i dont know ANY bodybuilders in the real world, (well maybe one, hmmmm not sure there) well anyway, as a result I, like many others have found refuge in the internet to find you lovley people. Im still natural at the moment, i have a few things to accomplish before i get to treat myself to a cycle or 15. Im From england so i train using kg's not lbs. If you get confused at anytime remember 2.2lbs roughly =1kg. Most of you probably know that but theres gotta be at least on person who diddnt.
Im only 20 so im not exactly a vet yet but have picked up a few niggling injuries, damaged rotator cuff, rsi's, torn muscles in my groin (my favourite injury of all), elbow problems, 2 bad knees, hip problem etc. Nothing serious but i cant do flies of any kind, use a pec dec, do upright rows, millitary presses with a barbell anymore, or one arm french presses or two arm for that matter. I think ill be dead by 40! or maybe just a head in a jar. Anyway i spent quite a bit of time reading all the posts etc before i joined. You seem like a nice enough lot. At the moment im here to learn lots. I have been researching into steroids for over a year now and feel i have only scraped the surface. We got ourselves a Daniel san looking for his Mr Meaggi (no idea how id spell that! hope you got the karate kid reference)
