    Arrow shoulder injury

    Hi,

    I just had arthroscopic surgery on my right shoulder and I should start rehab in a couple of weeks I play baseball and this is my dominant throwing arm. Would a test/deca cycle help me recover? Is this a good idea.? I have read deca is great for the joints but I dont want something to cover the pain I want to be healed...should I buy glucosamine? Thanks in advance.
