Hey guys i jus had a post added about me through phatmarks name about knockin off 2 birds with one stone and losing fat gaining weight... im tryin to bulk up but my arms are my WEAKKKK points.. i lack in triceps big time.. N i just cant seem to get them developed. From that i lack in my bench press and my arms look like pipe cleaners!!! any suggestions?? ive been readin the schwarzenegger bible.. but i need a lil more feed back..
