any one here has good pointers on insulin i just tried some.and it went like this 1day 1iu . 2day 2iu. 3day 4iu. after my 4day ibegan to feel different i freaked out i started to act diferent i farted in front of my wife which ivf never done before and laughed about it .any one no how much ishould take.is 2iu enough or is4iu alot.thanks

didnt know about da stop watch and glucouse tabs im going out and buy some right now .also about da peak 4hrs i thought it was 6to 8hrs on himulin r .thanks for info helped out alot .ill take it in post work out being da most anabolic time of day i was tking it in da morning.

i went out got da clucose tabs all ineed is stop watch .is this aspecial watch or any cause i asked and dont have it. if it is how do i use it i know its post it bro but didnt foolow threw.from what i understand is time my own effects or time 2 hours after my injectoin and eat
