sup, bros 5ft4in 165lbs, been liftin off and on since h.s. i am very muscular,little chunky, any way ,deca sust cycle when i was 22, now 28, ready to gear it up i have test ,deca,pct ,since its been awile should i just run test @400,10 weeks alone, or can i run deca with, at 300 for 10 as well, any suggestions greatly appt.![]()
