I want to use some Test Suspension for the increase in strength before a rugby competition. I don't want to gain to much weight because I still want to be able to run but 15lbs. wouldn't be a big deal.
1. Do you think that stacking the Suspension with Winny would allow me to gain the strength but not to much mass.
2. Or would you use the winny before and then use the test suspension right before the competition (don't want to gain too much weight so I can still run).
3. Or would you use the suspension to gain the strength and then use the winny to try and keep some gains and still be lean enough to run.
