Fallujah Massacre (MAY JUSTICE BE SWIFT)

In case you havent heard.
The grisly story goes like this. 2 cars with 4 American civilian contractors were killed this week in Fallujah, Iraq. The cars were escorting a food supply convoy headed for an American military base. They were employees of the Blackwater Security Contractors company. The cars were attacked and burned. The bodies were also brutally burned and mutilated, reminescent of the mutilations seen in the early 90s in Somalia. Letters recoverd claim these atrocities commited were in response to the killing of the Shaik Yassim (sp?), the former leader of Hamas; a man responsibel for the murders of hundreds.
They were directed to the US and Israel.

This absolutely enrages me!! I hope justice comes swift and hard.
I say we bomb and leaflet the sunni triangle into oblivion.
I WOULD NOT TRADE 1 AMERICAN LIFE FOR 100 BATTHIST LIVES!!!!
May God bless and rest the spirits of those Americans whose lives were taken and comfort their families.

I agree as well; it's savagery.

That being said, I suppose the folks in Fallujah see the situation a bit differently than Americans. To them, the loyal followers of S Hussain (Fallujah is a hotbed of 'em), the US is an invading force, and they did to the Americans what Gomer Peanut and his pals in West Virginia would do to an invading force in their neighborhood.

If the US retaliates for "vengeance," it's only gonna start doing what the Israelis have been doing for decades--get into the "eye for an eye" thing that will never never never end. Then the US will be sucked into being a permanant part of that quagmire, and more and more US guys will get killed.

No, IMHO, it would be best to take this atrocity in stride, beef up security, and continue the nation re-building so we can get out of there ASAP.

They were beaten to death, and after that their bodies were thrown out a window to a violent crowd which kicked it, ripped it, dragged it around the city....This was in 2000, done by Palestinian police and mob. Da Bull, I think your slightly mixed up in something. Although Rak_Ani and OG are Jewish the sentiments expressed by them have nothing to do with the fact that M'guy is Muslim. Neither have said one derogatory word against his religious beliefs whereas he as pointed to "Jewish aggression" in one thread and in another said that ALL Jews in Israel are targets because all serve in the army, but both Rak_Ani and OG have never said he or anyother Muslim/Arab should be killed because of their military service to both legitimate armies and militia's. Both Rak_Ani and OG just see a self confessed member of the Hezbolah party and recognize him for what that means. Incase you've missed it militiaguy has said he's,
