on a test e cycle 2 shots a week,if i started on wednesday would it be better to do next shot on sat or sunday,keep the same days every week?

It may be easier to remember having certain days, but your System doesn't recognize the Roman Calender, it goes off of straight time.
For optimum results, scratch the this day, that day thing, and do them E4D or ETD, at "approx." the same time of day if at all possible.

Some do a 3/4 day split on shots. Others go E3D or E4D. I tried E3.5D and loved it. I injected on Monday morning and Thursday evening.
Try 8AM Monday & 8PM Thursday...or whatever. I just mentionthis so you can keep your test levels even and you injection days constant.

I have always thought that would be one of the better ways of doing it, but I can NEVER seem to get around my shots at the right times.

i do test on wed and sun, its an easier schedule for me, i have always seemed to enjoy those 2 days for some reasone

I dont think it matters if you do it on saturday or sunday, but I always stay with the same days
