yeah, im only 5'7" - 5'8" so im starting to fill out. this time next year i wanna be at around 195lbs at around 5%. loosing fat and getting strong has always been easy, its adding size that has been so hard. about a month or so ago i hit my heaviest ever at 196lbs lol. i think next winter id like to hit 220lbs and then shred back to 195lbs. its funny i had some dude at the gym ask me if i was competing soon cause i had my shirt off and was checking the weight. that always feels good to hear

yea im 5'7 155lbs around 7%. Im the same way... easy to lose fat but very hard to put on mass. Any weight i put on is lean so it takes awhile.
