Guys sorry for the S****y first cycle I posted a few days ago....thanks for making me notice...my new one is as follows.......please let me know ur input...thanks a bunch

Wks 1-10 400 mg Europa Labs Test Enanthate
Wks 1-10 200 mg Deca Durabolin

PCT Nolva and Liquiclomid.......


As a side note the Test Enanthate is 400 mg per 1cc....is one shot sufficient? is it a pretty long lasting ester? THanks!

eh.... why not 500mg/week Enanthate and 400mg/week Deca... You might see significantly better results from that...

200mg deca not enough, only good for watering the joints....drop it and just run the test for 10 weeks....take a 1/2 cc mon and thursday

I agree even for a first cycle, you should go 400 deca and 500 sust. you will see great result. Dbol @ 30mg for 3 weeks is a nice way to kick it off.

Save the Deca for a later cycle, when you know how test alone reacts in your body.

That is a tried and true 1st cycle...if your diet/rest/training are in order...you will grow like you cant believe.

Just run the test for 12 weeks and you'll get nice gains.Run your anti's and proper pct.
