    just protein powder, anything is garbage compared to gear. Funny how alot of the OTC supplements are more expensive then gear.

    Wrong forum but anyways...

    If your training naturally there are several OTC supps worth taking.
    1.) Protein powder
    2.) Flax seed oil
    3.) Amino's
    4.) Creatine
    5.) Eca stack for cutting

    Forget all that stuff worth taking. The cost to take all that crap isn't worth it. Yeah take a multi-vit and then CLA and ALA and r-ALA and then arginine and then....blah blah blah....forget flax seed, forget everything. The best and most cost effective for all natural is of course protein powder, lots of it, good food with lots of calories and hard lifting. Creatine is worth it also but if you stop taking it, gains will wither.

    creatine is pretty good stuff,but nothing compared to AAS..

    Protein and Glutamine are THE MOST IMPORTANT things you can take... if your not juicing... then I would recomend creatine.. then N02... (assuming your taking vitamins)
    take your EFA's (essential fatty acids), for me glucosamine chondroitin is really important... if you have any kind of joint problems... then if you want to get all fancy there are about a billion other things you can take... i only take half of them.. no really though... anything else you should pick up along the way because it seems beneficial to you in an important way... otherwise you might as well buy GNC...
