Female looking to prevent hair loss

Hello everyone! I am new. I've been training for 3 years and just started my first cycle - allegedly var but I suspect it may be winny based on the severity of my sides. I'm just a little worried about possible hair loss or thinning - what is the best product I can use to prevent or minimize any negative effects on my hair?

    welcome!

sorry but a lot of stuff promises or says it will prevent hair loss or make it healthier. But truth is that hair is just dead cells so all we can do it coat it with cr@p to make it smoother or curly or whatever and wash the coating conditioners off with detergent (shampoo)

I have a malnutrition issue due to health issues and have seen a shaloo of "specialist" about preventing hair loss... all I can say is to eat as much protein as possible daily and take biotin but don’t expect much other than keeping what you have or not losing too much.
genetic play the biggest part, if your starting out with lighter hair color, strait, baby fine hair the effects of an outside influence none for hair loss will be way diff that a chix with thick, curse, curly, dark hair

    best of luck lady <3

You can try monistat. It works by killing any fungus that may be on your scalp preventing your hair from growing. If you don't already have fine or thinning hair then it has the same affect as when your prego and keeps the folical from releasing the hair.
