Probably folliculitis. Common with waxing. Often caused by bacteria entering the exposed pore when the hair follicle is removed. Can lead to a low grade infection which would appear as pimples in a cluster. It will usually clear in days. Best not to squeeze any pimples if they form as this can cause the infection to spread.

It has been over a month since waxing and all my hair has grown back. I am reluctant to go again

I gave up waxing because of the folliculitis.

Shave....as annoying as it is. My body just doesn't take waxing well. I've discussed laser on here before but the costs are prohibitive for the surface area involved most of the time.

Use neosporene after waxing and the spots will not come. Are you new to waxing?

Yes, only the 2nd time in the past 10 years

Will the neosporine help with the current red spots?

I get red spots from waxing too, but they go away in a day or two. I almost never wax now. I use a body groomer and cut it close. I like it because you cant see hair, but dont deal with waxing and shaving issues like irritation, ingrowns, etc
