Got some questions.
Ok first off I have some Oxyelite Pro this stuff is suppose to to curb appetite it has 100mg of caffeine I take 2 every day before any meals. It helps a little with appetite and boosts my energy and focus good.
I like the results of the energy and drive it gives me.
So can you just take caffeine? I read something that said you can take like 500mg.
What side effect can come from taking this much caffeine in one severing. If you stop taking it all of a sudden can it cause a withdraw or anything. Can it cause any long term damage?
Second question what is the best appetite suppresser you can buy.
Whats the best supplement I can buy to boost my metabolism. I know nothing can replace diet but every little bit helps.
