    this week?

before the workout : manson or zombie
after the workout : anything r&b or hiphop
during the day : quiet rock...metallica, korn, tool, godsmack etc.

music pretty much tells you the mood i'm in...if you're hearin country i'm probably drunk and if you're hearin pop....somebody else has control of the tunes

HipHop & Rap such as Dre, Snoop, Eminem, Xzibit, Wu-tang...

Rock, mainly classic such as Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix...and newer stuff like GNR, Audioslave, Sloan...

Metal such as Pantera, Visions of Disorder, Metallica...

However, I will also listen to any genre, as long as I like the artist....such as Rage ATM, Sarah McLachlan, Brooks&Dunn (stfu! ), and Wilco...

Mostly hip hop and rap, primarily early to mid 90's stuff.

Although i have to say, I know a crapload about classic rock thanks to my dad raising me while i was younger since he worked third. Id be helping him around the house, or pretending i was at that age, and Id always hear REO, steve miller, tom petty, the eagles, the boss, etc... so I love that stuff too.

In the gym I like heavy and hard. Soulfly, Sepultura, RATM, Zombie and things of that nature. When I'm out of the gym I usually listen to the radio, believe it or not! Where I live we have a local jazz station that's commercial free. I like it. It helps melow me out after the day. They also play other music such as jazz like I said, blues, big bad jazz, latino music on the weekends. They play a lot more, but I can't remember the names of the type of music. Not bad though.

i dont remember but he might have said 15 in the clip cause the pre ban clips could only hold 15 in the clip and one in the hole for a total of 16 rounds. Anyone clear to clarify?
