I-Pod and car stereo
I know they make an adapter for cars with CD players that allow you to play your ipod through the radio function. I dont have a tape deck so this is a feasible solution however im looking to buy an aftermarket CD player for my car, can i use the auxillary port or one of the pre amp outputs and hard wire it to my ipod? Anyone know of a good way to hard wire the Ipod to an aftermarket head unit?.........

Just get a phono lead, an adapter on one end changing it to a 35mill connecter (headphone connecter) then plug the other phonos into the input at the back of the car radio

Hey bro, the ipod has an FM transmitter. U dont need a CD player for it. Just tune the station to one thats not being used and then tune the FM transmitter to the same station and whala. Ur playing ur ipod threw ur car radio or home radio.
