Kicker stuff is amazing! Make sure you have a nice trunk area because the solobarics require a lot of air space! I'll be honest with you. I have not heard much about kicker's amps!

what type of vehicle is this going in? As far as the subs, kx2500 to each 12" would do nicely.

Go and get 1 Rockferd amp that is 1000 watts and a rockferd amp that is 500 watts the 1000 is for the subs and the other is for the other speakers. Also get the Rockferd monster cable to use for ur wireing kit its the best. Also make sure the the box ur are putting them in is a inclosed sub box not a bandpass because if u get the bandpass it will sound like ****. Also cross connect the two amps thourgh the radio and in to each other because it will give u more power and better sound and bass output.

I have had the best luck with Alpine amps they are strong and dont put off all that much heat. Kicker solo is a nice speaker, but i preffer JL

Kickers tend to be underrated, but as far as overkill, if he's looking into the solo x's, I would say he wants overkill. Each one of those is rated at 2,500rms a piece. I've always pushed alittle over what there rated at, and have preferred that sound. That 600 is barely gonna move those things.

why not get some regular solo barics. No sense in shelling out all that money for the X's if your not really gonna use them to there potential.
