people like that want us to stop eating protein to be like them fat slugs

just another way to peddle prescription drugs, if we went by all the studies we'd all be dead or dying of malnutrition because of everything that is bad for us supposedly. The list changes back and forth has anyone else noticed that?
When you die you die. Everyone wants to live forever. I wanna go of a massive heart attack or anurism. What about the old timers that eat bacon for every meal smoke 6 packs of smokes a day and drink a few shots of whisky a day and live to be 90?
When your number is up no way around it.

Hey, in 3 months they will be like "protein cures AIDS!"
then three months later they will be like "protein makes your penis fall off!"
then three months after that, they will be likek "protein makes your penis BIGGER!"

The article states that the protein that is causing the problem is created by the body, not what you intake.

I read an article today (off line) that stated higher protein diets likely cause hair loss (what a bunch of bull).

Keep in mind that the "recommended daily meals guide" is created by our respective governments. I am not sure if you have this in the US, but the Canadian one builds a good diet on a majority of breads and grain products...hmmm, isn't that Canada's number one product? They wouldn't create a national eating guide that promoted the consumption of a national product if it was not ideal, would they???? (sarcasm)
