Apologies from Canada
I was driving to the gym yesterday and I heard something on the radio that made me think that we as Canadians may owe any Americans on the board an apology. This is long over due as this offense was committed many years ago...that's right, I am apologizing for Bryan Adams. As a Canadian I am sorry that Bryan Adams has been allowed to get his brand of music anywhere outside of Canada. He is something that should have remained quarantined and probably quelled long ago. So, on behalf of Canada, I am sorry.

Oh, and I am sorry for Brett Hull as well...but admittedly I am glad that he has denounced his Canadian Citizenship....

Easy on bret hull.. Yea he's got a lot of bad publicity but he's still an ok player... Now Celion Dion on the other hand..she should not be allowed back in this country

Your apology is not needed. After all Shania Twain is from Canada. We are very greatful for that.

Fair enough...I had forgotten about Celion Dion. True enough that Shania makes up for more than a few Canadian indescretions. Brett Hull is an OK player...I am just dissapointed with how he left Canada and his citizenship. As I recall, in his rookie year he wanted to be on Team Canada and was declined (for the record, in his rookie year he was good, but not amazing). Anyway, I recall that he swore never to play for Canada again and a short time later was traded South...maybe that is not what really happened, but that was the perception...

I know Mr. Hull personally... I'll share your displeasure with him... I'm sure he'll be in touch ...lol
BTW, never apologize... as far as I know, Michael Jackson isn't Canadian, so we're still one-up....

HAHAHA...nice. I forgot about Michael as well...so, maybe no apology is needed after all...but that new song of Bryan Adams brings a tear to my eye...it is horrible.

Why is everyone all of sudden picking on Bryan Adams? The summer of 69 is one of my favorite songs! The guitar usage is excellent!!! Somebody must be buying his stuff.

I accept all apologies from our candian brothers for sending those musicians to pollute our radio waves. If you would be kind enough to recall the baldwins, yes all 50 of them, I would be forever in your debt.

You definitely get an apology for that, tho I must admit, I do feel a bit of 'better us than them' about who should get stuck holding the bag on that one.
