Need *FAST* advice
My bi's are still sore from my back workout 2 days ago... I'm going to the gym in 15 mins... I'm supposed to do bi/tris... Should I hit my bi or it would be counter productive? I'm off tomorrow.

if theyre still sore i wouldnt train them till the soreness is fully gone...

I'll do a hardcore tri workout and I'll come back tomorrow to hit my bis...

I agree, switch to another body part...
You may even consider staying away from the arms completely (no tri's).
