Skinny Ass Wrists

H Guys , Ive just read that if you have small wrists of 7 inches and below you will not get biceps over 16 inches in size ,, so whos got 18 inch biceps and 7 inch wrists ????,, quess who wants 18 inch biceps and only has 7 inch wrist is this Hogs wash or what?

I dont think its true I have roughly 8 inch wrist and about 17-18inch bicep

mine are 7 1/4 and i have 17 inch arms but the top of my forearm is 15 inch. i don't think there is any truth behind that. i wish my wrists were bigger though. it would seem to be a better base for a bigger arm though.

i wish there was someway i could put some mass on my wrists. i know there is muscle around it but i wouldn't know how to get it bigger or if it would even be noticeable if you were to work it to make it bigger. it sure seems like a part of my body that doesn't change the bigger i get. with the smaller wrists though it makes the top of my forearm look huge. some girl recently told me my forearms looked disgusting because the started off so small and then got big. i said thank you.

my wrists are 6 6/8ths my biceps are 16" but im far from done growing. There is some basic theory behind what you are saying tho. its feesable to a point to get an idea of the type of bonestructure you have by measuring your wrists and ankles. 7-8" is about the norm wrist circumference, over 8 is to have large bones and under 7 is to have small. Im 5ft8 and have a naturally light skeleton, i was a slim 140 before i started training.

Well there we go , most of us small wristed dont manage to get to far over 16 inches so far , or did I read the posts wrong , but Illl let you know if I get over 16 inch Biceps , but Im battling LOL !!!! how many pros bodybuilders got small wrists ?????

i dunno exactly what size flex wheeler's wrists are, but his arms were effing HUGE back in the day.

I have a really large bone structure... last time i got arrested and was being brought into court from the downstairs cage, i was supposed to be shackled, but they couldn't because my ankles are so large, not fat or water either, just straight out too big.
