Tai's CHEAT MEAL!
I went to "Arbys" for my cheat meal which i usually have a cheat every 3-4 days.
What i got! (and no not an STD you sicko's)
1 Large Choc SHake
1 Medium Vanilla Shake
1 Turkey Bacon wrap (low carb w/ 50g Pro
2 Chickn Bacon Swiss Sandwhiches
ATE EM ALL... still not stuffed

honestly...as soon as i read both milkshakes i just started laughing...but thats great...
u shoulda got some big montanas i dunno if they still ahve those thigns...

12 inch double MEAT MEATBALL SUB from subway
with lots of tomatoes and jalapenos a couple lines of ranch dressing and a couple lines of italian dressing and a couple of lines.

Hmmm typical cheat day meals......
8 egg whites/ 2 yolks scrammbled
3 pieces of bacon or sausage
8 flapjacks smothered in butter and syrup
one or two pizzas (supremes of course)
Double meat and cheese from Whataburger Large diet coke...
Lasagna w/ extra cheese and tossed salad.
I get in a couple of protein shakes in there to during the day.... this is only when bulking though. When dieting I usually just do the breakfast and chinese...

I dont know how you guys eat that much when you cheat.. I am dieting and I only have about 1 cheat meal per week, maybe 2 tops--and it is usually just more calories than I normally eat, but nothing too bad..ex--I had a cheat meal friday..2 chicken burritots on whole wheat, with 8 egg whites, salsa and a little cheese..then I had some ice-cream.. :-)
I cant imagine a whole cheat day.. Seems like it would flush a weeks worth of clean eating and cardio down the drain.. Oh well..maybe I just have really bad genetics.. lol
