    man guys, can someone help me out???

    alright guys ive been dipping snuff for about 5yrs now and am ready to just flat out quit the shit.... back a long time ago i sall this stuff that was dip but had 0 nicotine/tar/viberglass ect. in it, i guess to help quinch the habbit witch is my main problem... i dont think its the addiction to the nicotine i think its just the habbit of having that lil lump in my mouth and jucieness and spitting that really is my problem... if anyone has a link or advice please help a butha on a mission out, thanks

    There is a company that makes mint snuff. It has the same texture as normal tobacco accept its good for you because it is made of mint leaves (you actually don't even spit it, you can eat it). They have a website.

    Try sunflower seeds w/the shell. It'll keep your mouth busy.

    Quit cold turkey. One thing i learned from when I quit smoking and drinking is that a crutch can later become excuses for slip-ups ("I smoked cuz I didnt have any gum) **** it, just quit, cold turkey, youll thank yourself later. Quitting wont kill you, itll just piss you off a little.

    when i quite smoking the hardest part was getting used to not putting something in my mouth.. i was constantly snacking, drinking something, or putting pens and toothpics in my mouth, but it helped.. the cravings for nicotine are going to be tough, cuz there's really no substitute.. just remember when you have a craving for nicotene it only lasts about five, ten minutes tops, then you should be fine.

    I havent been here long...

    But i seem to have missed the part where swole smokes pole.. Somehow I imagine he missed that little memo too...
