    Never tried it too!!..Ill give it a shot this time...sounds good..4 days hyper-caloric , then 4days hypo-caloric , or 7/3 , 2-5 , depends on the goals , bodytype , and the macros can be adjusted on each days depending on other factors too , sounds like fun eh?

    I do something like that with my carbs......... it works out well for what my goals are and what I want out of it.
