http://www.bodyforlife.com/challenge/vote.asp Just click on the persons name to see the transformation.
These people saw some amazing results in just 12 weeks! The guys at the supplement store I go to know Terry Tatum personally. They said these guys/girls are real-deal all natural. I sure wish I saw results like that!

12 weeks for that? Holy shit. Did they do cardio like twice daily and live off 1800 calories a day or something?

There's always a bit of stomach puffing on the 'before's but even with that there are some incredible transformations on there.
I don't get the voting - looks like some of the best transformations have the least votes!?!
Has anyone on here tried the program?
Does it cost anything?
What exactly does it involve - exercise regimes, diet plans - the whole lot?

I say that we form an alliance for the most unlikley winner of the bodyforlife challenge and then agree to vote that person all the way to the top. we have six days to piss off Cheryl Muhr.. lets move one of the lower ranked people up to the top so that he/she will win the 1 mill.
how cool would that be!?

I know other girls who were competing...had to do two sessions at the gym to get in 2 hours of cardio a day, along with weights...and, some were at 1500 cals/day...toward the end of dieting..if they hadn't dropped...some girls were at 800 cals a day.....ugh!

One thing you guys gotta remember is these could be guys who are former athletes, BB's, Powerlifters etc..... My old strength coach who was also a BB got real fat and lazy, then decided he was going to try to Body For Life, here's a guy that squats like 900 and has powerlifting records and also has done BB comps, didn't take long for him to get in shape at all.

Everyone that says "thats not possible in 12 weeks" look at who is sponsoring it. EAS. They have the money, time and resources to invest in these people. If you were given a personal trainer, nutritionist, money to live on for 12 weeks, and had the right genes, and MOTIVATION it is possible. These finalists are picked out of over 100,000 people. I'm sure if you sorted through it you would find people that looked pretty average. These photos were of the best.
