Any hockey players in here?
I have a nasty blister on my heel and I have a game this afternoon, any remedies to kill the pain?
--damn Nike skates.

try bandaides new skin shit. it is in a reflective package and adheares to you skin for like 7 days. i dont know if it will stand up to skating, but it worked with old ski boots that were rubbing my heal raw. plus the shit is amazing for cuts and shit.

Well I just got back from practice and I rubbed soap in the insides of my skates, the blister didn't get any worse, and i could skate fine, thing is bleeding like a bitch though, ah well......gotta suck up the pain tonight in my game!!

Using even a piece of black hockey tape to cover over the blister is much better than leaving your wound open. I'd suggest you put some Polysporin on and yeah, buy the "second skin" bandages that help with blisters....Don't let that badboy bleed in your skate...
