Whats the one thing you wanted for Christmas but NEVER got?
I just wanted to add to the many threads that have nothing to do with nothing only cause I like seeing my name by the thread when NEW THREADS SEARCH button is pressed. It makes me feel as though I am contributing to the success and delight of AR.
I was gonna make it a poll but figured that would be too many options.
PONY
Barbie house
Motor cycle
Dog
Ya know.
I was spoiled so I basically got everything I always wanted. I even actually got a horse and motorcycle for Christmas.

Driving in Quebec is expensive...
This is what is costs me to drive a simple 2002 chevy Cavalier
$275.00 - Annual car registration
$97.00 - Annual Drivers license
$900.00 Annual Insurance
Highest gas prices in north america
And then the car payments come in...
Back on topic...
Hmm what have I always wanted... hmmm a little brother instead of a sister! Never happened

That's funny Red, my brothers and I wanted a baby sister. No go on my end either. Bummer, it would have been nice but I had a daughter when I married so that made up for it.
I wanted an "official Red Ryder carbine-action two-hundred-shot range model air rifle"!
Btw, that evil monkey's freaking me out, dude!

I never really "wanted" anything special. I mean any gift was a good gift (as long as it wasn't clothes). But generally, I would get goods gifts, and usually I would get money, which is something I always wanted. I remember when I got a cell phone, when I was pretty young too (16) so that was a big deal for me (yeah I know every damn 12-13 year old has a cell phone these days, LOL).

Playdoh Fun Factory . . . one of those gizmos where you put a wad of playdoh in the top and mash it (like a meat grinder) and it comes out the side, and you can put plastic cut-outs where it comes out so it takes the shape of stars, logs, squares, etc.
Something like that has got to be pretty damn useless, but there was something about it that always fascinated me . . .

I did want a Trap/Skeet 12 gauge for my 18th but they said it was too expensive. I'm turning 21 next month, so
i'm going to treat myself to a Springfield 1911 .45. Hell yeah, REDROCK

And to boot in this province insurance is a "no fault" system. That means if we crash, it doesn't matter who is at fault, your insurance pays for your dammages, mine pays for mine. If someone is hurt, killed or incapacited in a road related accident, the govenrment dishes out $$$ (partly why the license and registration are so expensive) Nobody is allowed to sue... at all.
