Smells like Strawberry??
As normal made my protein shake this morning put it in my bag and take it to work.Got to work and though right I,ll have that now got it out of my bag and thought I,ll just give it a little shake.
Yup you guessed it the f**king lid came off and covered me ,my laptop, and office in milkshake. All cleaned up now with a wet shirt, jeans and hair.
My boss then walks in about 5 mins ago and says "Lovely smell in here smells like strawberries is that a new airfreshner?"
Moral of the story don,t buy an EAS milk shaker/bottle thing its the 2nd time it has happened.Time for a new one any suggestions on a good one were the lid actually fits?

I use a maxmuscle shaker that works very well. Never have had a problem with it. And the logo is pretty cool too.

OK its time to ask what is wrong with GNC?
I know they are expensive (I never buy protein/creatine/glut from them) but for other little bits they are OK and you get 20% off which just about brings them a little cheaper than other places.
The one I use is also good for advice and they do not always try to plug the most expensive product.
So c,mon give me the dirt on them

don't by the prolab shaker either..damn lid won't come off..so you pry at it and pry at it..and then all of a sudden bamn the damn this flies off and the shake goes all over the F@!#in place..
I just go with one of those shakes for making gravy..works like a charm.

My problem with GNC is that they buy huge quatnities of items, get tremendous discounts and continue to rip innocent people off on a daily basis. The first people want to go to is GNC because they don't know any better. It is so much cheaper just to find another store or shop online, but the average consumer doesn't know it.
My second problem involves something much more. The people that work in GNC 9 times out of 10 don't know shit about supplements. (If you work at a GNC and are an exception I DID SAY 9 OUT OF 10, YOU ARE THAT 1 ) But it pisses me off when someone from there gives a stranger some xenadrine, doesn't caution the person who might have a heart condition that it could kill them, and the person walks out thinking they have a magic pill. It is very stupid, unsafe, and could be deadly. That is my beef with GNC.

I agree with what you are saying I must be lucky with the guy I talk to.
Personally I don,t care what anybody says I need to find out for myself.I would never trust a shop person advising me on supplements unless I knew something about the product, and I would never take something without knowing the pro,s and cons.
Maybe its ignorance on the sales person and the customers behalf.
But I agree they do overcharge !!

You have a point but that goes right across the board from TV,s to purchasing cars.Nobody wants to tell you the EXACT details. Why would they? They may lose a sale if they do.
comes down to what is in the old cash registar at the end of the day

GNC sucks period. I would not buy a thing from them. They are overpriced big time, and that 20 % off is a scam. That 20% only gets you down to a somewhat competive price with other companies selling the same damn thing.
PT I agree totally about their employees not knowing anything. A few years back (this was the last time I ever went there too) I asked an employee a question about a product. His answer was "I work for minimum I don't know" Basicially he said I don't care. Thats what you get overprice products and zero knowledge.

guys....i use a hand held mixer to mix my shakes.....got it at wal-mart and it runs off batteries... $11.99.......
its about the size of a flash-light and mixes the shake perfect (no lumps).....
just pour your shake in some container, and use the mixer to mix it....easy with no mess...
clean it by just running it under the water in the sink.....
