cycle starts in 2 weeks what do i do now?
I'm starting my cycle in two weeks and am about to start going to the gym today.
Can someone give me a good work out routine? Should I do upper body every other night while doing legs on the odd nights?
M,W,F-Upper
T,T,Sat-Lower body
I need a good work out routine to fall into...

I would take some time before starting the gym in order to strengthen tendons and joints before starting a cycle.

take your time! go back to the gym for another 2-3 months till you're the same one as in january.
if u start your cycle now, i think u'll waste part of it!!!

That's what I plan to do. lol, I don't want to lift and have my arms come off doing a deadlift.
What kinda workout regime do you guys recommend? I'd like to do 1 1/2-2hours a day. Maybe 4-5days a week?

Nahh it's cool man. But it's like this.
June is right around the corner so it's now or never bro. I live in Boston we only get summer 3 months outa the year.
I'm just asking about a workout schedule. Lets remove the AS from the whole equation. What do you guys recommend as a good work out schedule. I'm curious to see how much of a differnce amongst lifters there is.

Well I broke my arm back in January and walked around for 2 weeks thinking it was just brusied. I checked into a hospital in Italy and was like **** it's broken! lol
In Boston we got those winter months where we can bundle up and hide our bodies. So yeah 3 months a year is about right.
