Vitamin B-6
I heard vitamin B-6 can help block progesterone. During my last cycle I was taking 40mg of nolva a day and my nipples got a little swollen and sore. They have gone down since but I was wondering if it was due to progesterone and not estrogen.
Anyways, my question is is B-6 and injectable like B-12? And if so can you legally but it in Canada like you can with B-12?

as far as I know, b-6 is an OTC pill that can be bought at almost any pharmacy, grocery store, etc. That's where I got mine.

Thanks for the info. My last cycle I ran 400mg/wk of EQ and 500mg/wk of sust, and 50mg anadrol ED for first 4 weeks. As soon as I noticed a little lump behind my nipple I ran 40mg a day of Nolva. It kept it under control a little bit which is why i think it was progesterone that was causing it. This is good to know cause my next cycle I'm gonna run Deca and Tren along with Cyp, and maybe an oral for the first month.
