    trouble sleeping??? have u had this happen

    okay my cycle is test and deca ,im on my 7th week. But it seems since like week 4 , I started have trouble sleeping and I seem to get really hott especailly the back of my neck when i try to go to sleep. I doubt im even getting a good 4hrs of sleep anymore. I just lay there with my eyes wide open with a ton of energy. Has anyone ever had this problem while on juice?

    well get up and do something... your body will only allow you to do so much before it makes you sleep...

    we grow while we sleep.. so try some meletonin... OTC.. and cheap.. 3mg per just before bedtime..

    the only thing that has ever made me loose sleep is DNP . It has never happened with gear. keep yourself occupied at night when you cant sleep and it seems to be better (for me anyway). i just played some ps2 untill i got tired, which was usually easier than waiting to fall asleep.

    i am doing the same cycle test and deca , and i just completed week 4, and i am having the same problem, hot and not sleeping right. i go to bed tired as hell and around 3 am i wake up and toss for a few hours...sucks

    tylenol pm has seemed to work really well for me, i take it about 30min b4 bed and it usually duz the trick. Thats off or on cycle, i'm a shiiiity sleeper

    If you are eating right before you go to bed, stop, thats one of the worst things for keeping me awake at night, if thats not the problem then just take some melatonin a 1/2 hour before bed time, 3mg just like spywizard said.

    I'm doing test and sus.. Its 12:42AM and Im wide awake too. its been that way since week 1. Alot of energy.

    that's wierd cause i get rly tired after a big meal, there are tons of oer the counter meds to help you sleep, like unisom ect. ect

    AMEN!! LOL!! that or ambien...that shiit will knock you the fukk out! i know someone that used it and drove to the store and never made it back.. the fukker was asleep in his car at the store.. funny but true..

    seriously bro i had the same problem! then i realized that doing cocaine all the time wasn't helping it!!! so i nocked that $hit off and now i sleep all the time!!!

    I just started fina-test cycle cant sleep already.....just laying there wide awake for some reason....I gotta get a gym in the house for those nights..lol

    ya i normally take tylenol pm on those rough nights, pop in a dvd and im usually fine.....
