can i take deca and equipoise in the same cycle

i was wanting to take 500mgs of equipoise a week and 400 mgs of deca a week and some test

Hmmm never run that before but how many mg of Test are you running?
And if you're prone to gyno you may want to run the DECA 300mg, make sure to run Vit B6 200mg ED throughout PCT as well and after

Very much so, a lot of guys will tell you its the same compound. or it does the same. do your research, i know a lot of guy including myself who love both EQ and Deca use at the same time. make sure your Test goes at least 1 week longer than them both, also you should know that deca need about 10 weeks and EQ need about 12 weeks, thats for best results, but its not a law.

Yes but you still want to at least exceed your EQ/Deca dose with Test. So unless you are ready or need 2 grams+ E/W I wouldnt do it. Also if you play sports you want to avoid Deca completely if you get tested. The detection time for Deca is 18 months.

I plan on running Nandrolone Phenylpropionate (*fast acting deca ) in the first 6 weeks of my cycle and weeks 1-14 eq 1-16 test e thats what im thinkin but not totally sure yet? gonna be my 2nd cycle took deca last cycle and loved it
