    Can i increase from 10 to 12 weeks?

    i am 4 weeks into my first cycle test e i know for your first cycle you suppost to go for only 10 weeks from my understanding at least. But i was wondering if i could up that to 12 weeks, or else i will just have half a bootle of test that will go to waste so i figure i might as well stick in me

    No doubt 12 weeks on test e for first cycle is fine. I'm sure you're aware of pct, that would be the only question in mind.

    I prefer to run my test at least 12 weeks unless I'm doing a quick cutting cycle with short esters.

    12 is fine.....but your gear will still be good for your 2nd cycle if you decide to keep it to 10 weeks

    Go 12, cause at 10, you are going to want to go 12 anyway.

    12 to 14 IMO....its really just starting to work when you gotta come off at 10. 14 is fine

    i concur with Dr. Cat... you will get significantly more benefit with 14 that 10 cause you are completely kicked into the zone by 10 to 14.

    I did a first cycle of 10 weeks then PCT then went into a 2nd cycle of 20 weeks - I could feel the difference of being completely into the zone and having my body well adjusted in the 3rd month and 4th month.

    add 2 weeks to your cycle. I added 4 weeks to my first cycle to make it 14 weeks.

    Sounds cool.. actually if you go real long cycles should do some HCG but also very long cycles like even 6 months is where the fat burning potential is at and also the kick in keeps on kicking and kicking and kicking.
