Training on and off cycle
Hey how do you guys approach training while on a cycle? DO you lift hard every day or rest like you would normally?
ALso how do you train when your taking Clomid when 1st off cycle? Easy,hard, like normal?

I try to give it 110% whether it'd be on or off...

I always lift hard when I am on or off but when I am on the only thing I notice is that my body recovers a lot faster so I tend to lift some body parts twice a week instead of just once
