Contest prep cycle and questions
Currently 11 weeks out, diet is super clean 2200 cals 52% protein 30% carb 18% fat.
Iv been training 4 years.
Done one cycle befor which was test e 500mg a week. My contest prep was going to be
Test p 300mg a week all the way up to comp 1-10
Anavar 60mg for 7 weeks ( not sure weather to do and start or finish)
Hcg 250iu twice a week 1-10
Liquidex on hand ( not sure of dosage for this amount of test)
Clomid 75 50 50 50
Nolva 40 40 20 20
Questions :
Is the dose of test in a good range?
Should I stop it a couple weeks early for water retention?
Var dosage?
Should I run it from stage or run it for last 7 weeks?
If I drop test at end should I add alittle tren ( not to sure about tren as I'm still new)
Or is there anything else u think I should change?

I know it's a little slow on the weekends but also there are not a lot of people especially in the Q&A section who are experts in diet or competition.
You might have better luck in the nutrition section or the competitive bodybuilding section. There are some stickies that may help you there. Good luck.

test should be about 500mg, any lower and youre not getting enough out of being shut down. Also var should be 1-4 weeks with about 50mg.

If he is looking to cut and simply use the tes for tissue sparing reasons then that dose is fine.

My goals are to get super ripped and hopefully chuck on a few pounds. Do u think I should add anything else maybe mast or npp?
Also should I drop the test a week prior to comp day?

How bout
Test p 300mg per weeks
Npp 300mg per week
Var 40mg a day
Or should test be higher then npp same as with deca ?
